SUMMARY:9th Edition Bird Photography Contest (FOTOFIO 2014)
DESCRIPTION:You can submit your photographs from birds of Spain to Bird Photography Contest Fotofio 2014. This images must be taken in this country.\nThere are five categories: \n\nBirds in Spain: The photographs must have been taken in Spain.\nBirds in Extremadura: The photographs must have been taken in this region.\nHabitat and behavior: The photographs must show birds from a different perspective where landscape be protagonist.\nPhotographic techniques: Pictures must be taken with special techniques.\nYoung photographers: Authors must be under 21 years old.\n\nA maximum of three photographs are allowed per participant. Two of they can be of the same category. \nParticipants should send the photographs by e-mail to the following address: concurso@fioextremadura.es\nIn addition to the photographs\, each participant should include a document with the following information: personal data\, titles and categories of photos. You also can send a brief description of the technique used to capture each photograph and other details that may be interesting\nfor the contest jury (optional). \nThe prize-awarding ceremony will be held on March 1st on the fair premises\, as part of FIO 2014. \nThere will be 5 prizes to the best photograph of each category. \nThe prizes of categories “Birds in Spain”\, “Birds in Extremadura”\, “Habitat and behavior”\, and “Photographic techniques” will be 1\,100 €. The prize of “Young photographers” will be 600 €. \nThe photos will be submitted no later than 15:00h on February 13th\, 2014.
